Clinical Research Investments, LLC, d/b/a Accel Research Sites (“ARS”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) developed this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to provide you with information about our personal information collection, usage, and sharing practices, and our privacy and security practices relating to information we collect through our website and social media pages (“Site” or “Sites”). This privacy policy is not intended to cover any practices other than ARS’s Site-related practices. Information concerning personal information that is collected, used, and shared in connection with clinical research activities, and related privacy and security practices, will be separately provided to clinical research participants in connection with individual clinical trials.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” means individually identifiable information about an individual consumer collected online by us, including name, address, email, phone number, identifiers that allow physical or online contact, and other information combined with these identifiers to make that information personally identifiable. “You” and “your” refer to the person reading this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of personal information through our website:- First and last name;

ARS does not intentionally collect, use, or disclose information from children under the age of thirteen (13), and ARS does not direct its Sites to children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from any child under the age of thirteen (13), we will take steps to securely dispose of such personal information.

- Third parties conducting clinical research in partnership with ARS. We may share personal information with third parties within our clinical research site network to recruit patients for research studies.
- Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on DNT, the browser sends a message to websites requesting that they do not track the visitor. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals. Third parties may collect personal information relating to your online activities over time and across different sites and apps when you use our website in order to provide you with content that is likely to be of interest to you. - Privacy Rights
It is our intent to provide individuals with all privacy rights to which they are entitled by law.
