Now Enrolling Participants for a COPD Research Study

Do you suffer from COPD even while on treatment? You may be eligible to take part in a Clinical Research Study

Labcorp is partnering with Chiesi on research studies for patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) who are currently on maintenance therapy and experiencing COPD exacerbations.

These studies will help advance the understanding of a new investigational medication that may reduce airway inflammation and improve COPD symptoms including exacerbation frequency in people on current treatment.

To join our medical research study, potential participants must:

• Be at least 40 years of age
• Have COPD and chronic bronchitiswith current symptoms
• Be a current or former smoker who quit 6 or more months before entering the study
• Have had at least one COPD exacerbation in the past 12 months

There is no cost to participate in this study. Compensation for travel expenses incurred as a result of study participation may be available.
