Doctors at Accel Research Sites are testing a study device to see if it can stop COVID-19 from spreading to the
lungs and beyond in affected adults. You or a loved one may be able to help us learn more about this device, if you or they:

• Are at least 40 years old
• Tested positive for COVID-19 using an antigen test
• Have moderate symptoms present for 72 hours or less
• Moderate symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to:
  • body aches, fever, sore throat, nausea, loss of taste or smell

What is the Study Device?

The study device works by emitting precise wavelengths of therapeutic visible light (not ultraviolet) into the mouth.
Our doctors are testing this study device to see if it can block viruses from spreading in the body.
